Aim for Belly fat Reduction. Everyone aims to reduce the belly fat. There is only one way to loose belly fat that is to loose fat overall. Or go under knife and have liposuction which is not advisable and a healthy way. If you are gaining fat around abdominal area because of insulin issues or pcos then the best way to get rid of this accumulation is to go on a low fat and low carb diet. Follow the negative calorie diet and your issues of the mid area will get resolved Gradually. This diet along with a physical workout and some lifestyle changes are the best solution to solving your belly fat. This in turn will help in reversing your pcos and pre diabetes too. Eating on fixed timings. Sleeping soundly for 7-8 hours at night Follow the circadian cycle Do some NEET exercises 30 minutes workout 5 days a week Meditation daily helps to control anxiety do make it a part of your daily life.

They are high source of vegetarian protein and dietary fiber . They have the highest antioxidants which boost our immunity thus in turn keeping us healthy and free from diseases and other illnesses. Chia seeds are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. They’re loaded with fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients. Chia seeds are tiny black seeds from the plant Salvia hispanica, Chia seeds are high in antioxidants too. Almost all of the carbohydrates in chia seeds are fiber. This gives them the ability to absorb 10–12 times their weight in water. Fiber also has various beneficial effects it makes you fuller and helps in good bowl movements and helps in increasing HDL levels. Chia seeds are high in quality protein, much higher than most plant foods. Protein is the most weight loss friendly macronutrient and can drastically reduce appetite and cravings. Given that chia seeds are high in fiber, protein and omega-3s, they may reduce your risk of heart disease. Chia seeds are high in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and protein. All of these nutrients are essential for bone health. Chia seeds are incredibly easy to include into your diet. The seeds themselves taste rather bland, so you can add them to pretty much anything. They can be eaten raw, soaked in juice, added to morning breakfast porridge ,smoothies . You can also sprinkle them on top of cereal, yogurt, vegetables or rice dishes. Because of their ability to absorb both water and fat, they can be used to thicken sauces and as an egg substitutes in recipes. They can also be mixed in water and turned into a gel. A common dosage recommendation is 20 grams of chia seeds, twice per day.
