Vitamin C It is also known as ascorbic acid. It is a water soluble vitamin. It helps to form blood vessels , cartilage, muscle and collagen and also helps in healing process . It is an antioxidant that helps protect our cells against the effects of free radicals this fighting against any infection and disease that is why it is called an immunity building vitamin. It also helps in absorption and storage of iron. Deficiency occurs in people who Smoke Have cancer and gastrointestinal condition. Who donot include fresh fruit and vegetables. Severe deficiency of it leads to disease called scurvy. Our body doesn t produce it so need to get it from fresh fruits and vegetables. Sources Berries, Citrus fruits,tomatoes, peppers, Sprouts , spinach , broccoli. Rich sources of it are Indian gooseberry ( amla) and Guava. Vitamin C is also available as an oral supplement in the form of chewable tablets usually .

Green choliya ( seasonal vegetables) High protein high fiber food . Many ways to take 1.Crush and add to your dough and make tandoori parantha. 2.Crush and add sattu powder to it and make chops . 3.Make appams 4.Just steam add spices and have as a snack. 5.You can make with paneer/ soya nugget/ soya granules. 6.Add to mix vegetables 7,Make a besan choliya chila or moong dal sprout choliya chila. Or just use as a filling in your besan chila .

Thanks for your encouraging words dear Professor Kaur. Dear Namita ma'am There are so many times that I had tried diet plans and failed continuously to lose weight. But it was not possible for me to do it without a guide.... You are the perfect guide to me who kept me motivated and helped me to think straight forward and not break my diet....I was a sugar-loving person and I did not know how to control my intake before I met you. ...You taught me tricks on how to replace sugar with other products and that worked miracles for me....now I am able to cope up with my cravings and enjoying winter desserts too without any tensions...!!!! Ma'am...Your diet plans are really very intersting ; full of variety & healthy one too.
