All the Carbohydrates below if taken with husk and in unrefined form give you the same calories on digestion that is 1 g of carbohydrate has 4 kcal. But all have different levels of protein ,fiber and minerals in them so taking them in rotation or according to seasonal changes are beneficial to avoid any deficiencies. Do not mix and take but take as whole as was taken traditionally by our ancestors. Building immunity is a processs to be incorporated in your lifestyle. Eat local and fresh produce. Eat seasonal and fresh produce . Include green chutney with amla added to your diet.home made Eat 5-6 seasonal fruits Eat raw salads sautéed vegetables Fresh green vegetables Dry fruits as snacks almonds walnuts cashew mixed seeds raisins but not more than Half a fist all through the day. Drink lemon water twice a day Dalchini ,tulsi, ginger ,can be added to lemon water once a day Pepper to egg Turmeric water once a day. Add Indian Home made Garam Masala Sleep 8hours at a stretch Be active through the day and do complete 10,000 daily. Exercise is a must Start with 20 minutes walk daily Do yoga Or Gymn.
